Isabella Phillips aka Isabella Tapia aka Isa aka Izzy (no one calls her that but she tries to sound cool.) is a 19 year old blogger. That's all. She loves fashion and tries to look put together but usually ends up dressing like a mom. Her number one love is interior decorating and she can spend hours inside a IKEA.
